Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Vijaypath.in, we strive to ensure a smooth and fair process for all students.
1. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided processing has not started. To request cancellation, email us at support@vijaypath.in.
2. Refunds
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the 2-hour window.
- Once processing begins, refunds may not be possible.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
- For payments made via Razorpay, users may also raise disputes directly through Razorpay’s resolution process.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Incorrect details provided by the user (e.g., enrollment number, program, etc.).
- Delays caused by issues outside our control (e.g., technical failures of payment gateways).
- Digital services once delivered or initiated (e.g., personalized guidance notes) are non-refundable.
4. Important Notes
All refund and cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Vijaypath reserves the right to approve or deny requests at its sole discretion.
